I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-22 days due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. They update approximately 1-4 times during ideal conditions. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at SPIRIT@SPIRITCENTER.STORE
I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged and shipped back in its original packaging. We recycle and reuse certain components. Tracking must show received at your location before the process begins. This process takes time and no dispute will further on our behalf until confirmation is made of the refund meeting our criteria. We give 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Again, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note again: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. Please understand sometimes we are able to place your gems in the truck to the airport first thing. This can be within 1-2 hours of purchasing. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at SPIRIT@SPIRITCENTER.STORE. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is ~15-25 business days. COVID-19 restrictions have hit hard on commerse worldwide. Please bare with us as we do intend on getting you your positive gift in due time.
I ordered a premium pyramid/product from your Brazil location. When will it ship?
Our premium collection orgonite pyramids are prepped by hand and crafted with loving intention and energy. Collecting of materials and supplies from our local shops is essentials to our business. Building your premium pyramid by hand may take longer than anticipated. A Spirit Center Support Member will let you know the status of your order/shipping. Please have patience as our demand for premium pyramids and other premium items have increased. An automated system will inform you when your custom premium pyramid/product is packed & ready to go to the airport.

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL, USPS, FedEx or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service at our dispense. Ideal delivery time frame is between 7 to 14 business days or sooner (no COVID-19 logistics impact). However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking a number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs (international sales) or postal delays at warehouses or airfields.
Due to COVID-19 global pandemic, shipping times are proven to take longer than usual. Please allow more time. If you want a refund, ORDER MUST SHOW AS RECEIVED through our tracking then a refund will be provided. If item is not received 2-3 months from order date, a refund is possible at customers will.
